Travel Coaching

Travel Coaching is aimed at helping people really understand their motives for wanting to travel extensively.

Once their motivating factors are identified and understood, we help them to identify what they want to get out of their travel experience. This can be achieved by setting specific intentions for the trip, with the aim of facilitating experiences that transform their outlook in a way they desire.

As travel coaches, we do not focus on the logistics of the actual trip (although we can of course offer any nuggets of wisdom we have learned ourselves along the way)! Instead, we focus on areas such as:

  • Travel planning
  • Setting personal trip goals
  • Life purpose & direction
  • Resilience & stress management
  • Limiting beliefs
  • Confidence
  • Work-life balance & well-being
  • Plus other desired areas of interest clients may have.

There is nothing more personal than travelling. Travel means different things to each and every person, and any transformative trip should be afforded the importance it deserves.

We can support in relation to a wide range of trips, with a particular expertise on extended family trips.

Client Testimonials

Adrian – Spain

“In all regards the coaching experience was very positive. It was my first time using a coach and I must say that it was great to have someone to support, encourage and challenge you as required, and also to help you set achievable actions. I found the whole relationship thoroughly worth the investment and would highly recommend to anyone”.

Jack – Ireland

“As this was my first time engaging in one-on-one coaching, I was a little uneasy at first, but Alan made me feel very comfortable from minute one. He let me talk and only spoke at natural pauses which made me feel as if he was really listening. Also, Alan’s line of questioning was very logical, which didn’t feel like he was reading from a script. Also, he had a clear structure to the session, starting with my objective for each session, then a review of prior exercises and what I’d learnt from that experience. Then we went through the objective for the session and lastly set agreed exercises. Having the same structure for each session added familiarity and comfort”.

Mark – UK

“I found the experience extremely helpful in all regards. Alan was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and offered great tools to implement changes I wanted. I enjoyed the work involved, focusing on personal growth and direction. Alan gave me great confidence that I could share anything with him, and he would find a way of making better sense of it”.
